Johnson's Backyard Garden Gift Certificates are now available!
Give the gift of local organic produce this holiday. It's ecologically sound and supports the local Austin economy!
JBG Gift Certificate: You can now give friends and family members a vegetable subscription to Johnson's Backyard Garden. Gift recipients will become members of our CSA (community supported agriculture) farm and will be able to select their own weekly or bi-weekly pickup schedule and location. When their gift subscription ends, recipients will be given the option to renew and continue their CSA membership. Click here for more information about our CSA.
What's Included in a Vegetable Pickup? At each pickup, a CSA members receive on average 8-12 seasonal, organically grown vegetables, fruits and herbs all harvested at their peak of freshness, ripeness, flavor, vitamin and mineral content. JBG grows over 60 different types of vegetables and herbs and over 100 varietals. For a more complete list of what we grow, please look at the list on the right side of our homepage at www.jbgorganic.com.
How does the Gift Certificate work? You can choose to give a subscription for four vegetable pickups ($128) or ten vegetable pickups ($300). When you order a gift subscription from JBG, we will mail you a certificate you can give along with a sign up form that will allow the recipient to select a start date, schedule, and pickup location. JBG has convenient pickup locations around Austin including South Austin, Bouldin, Central East Austin, Crestview, NW Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Steiner Ranch, and Westlake. Recipients have up to 90 days from the date of order to redeem their certificate.
